It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Jane Moore of Clear Spring, Maryland, who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Grant Turner and Bessie Irene Turner (Hart); her husband Robert E. Moore; her grandson Robert A. Moore; and her siblings, Hazel M. McAllister, Ada K. Reed, Lucille Mummert and Charles L. Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas E. Moore (Cindy) of Clear Spring and Karen L. Flook (William) of Boonsboro; her grandchildren, Allison R. Moore, Maggie J. Eaton (Wesley), Molly K. Flook and Adam C. Flook (Kellie); and her great grandchildren, Clayton D. Eaton, Easton J. Flook and Everlie J. Flook.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. (13607 National Pike, Clear Spring, MD 21722). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
