He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul David Hose Sr. and Florence Lorraine Hose (Halstead); his wife Antoniette "Toni" Marie Hose (Genovario); his children, Christine Caldwell (David) and David Hose (Nicole); his siblings, Mary Ellen Hose, Steve Hose (Teresa), Randy Hose and Dennis Hose; his grandchildren, Hailey, Julia, Willow, Lylah and Danniel; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Hose and Tammy Hose. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
