She is survived by: her parent Iona Banzhoff (Flemming); her husband Rod Wagner; her children, Tammie Mowen (Leister) and Joseph Briggs (Michele Briggs) of Clear Spring, MD; her grandchildren, Amanda Yeager (Jason), Mark Mowen (Katelyn) and Sarah Briggs; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Aaron, Logan, Jacob and Madison.
