He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leon Small and Naomi Small (Hawbaker); and his siblings, Elaine N. Shirk, Vera F. Kirkpatrick, Mildred "Bunny" Hart, Velma E. Kaylor, Freda R. Stone, Esther L. Shirley, Earl "Johnny" Small and Marshall Small.
He is survived by: his sister Milbrey Jeanne Templon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to current COVID-19 regulations, facial coverings are required and social distancing will be practiced.
