He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hendershot (Faith); his children, Lucinda A. Savage (Jeff) and Lon W. Hendershot (Laura) of Clear Spring; his siblings, Ruth R. Price of Boonsboro, Ruby A. Roessner of Hagerstown, Darlene L. Householder of Fairplay, Perry Hendershot of Clear Spring, Warren and Larry Hendershot of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Ann E. Savage and Colton W. Hendershot; and his stepgrandchildren, Collin L. and Colby S. Halterman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
