He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jacob and Mary Margaret Boppe Hornbaker. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mae Hornbaker; his children, Leo H. "Buck" Hornbaker, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD, David W. Hornbaker (Barbara) of Clear Spring, MD, Shirley J. Wilhelm of Baltimore, MD, Patricia A. Shirley (Alan) of Clear Spring, MD, Doris J. McCain of Cascade, MD, Hazel M. Farrow of Hagerstown, MD and Reba E. McCusker (Dale) of Hancock, MD; and his siblings, Franklin R. Hornbaker of Fayetteville, TN and Mary Jordan of Fairplay, MD. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
