He was predeceased by: his mother Geneva Clark (Shank). He is survived by: his father Ray Clark; his daughters, Amanda Sullivan (Matthew) of Clear Spring and Caitlin Cornell (Brian) of Mercersburg, PA; his siblings, Melinda Galvin (Dennis) of Hagerstown, Sandra Repp (Joe) of Clear Spring and Eddie Clark (Annette) of Clear Spring; and his grandchildren, Ava, Ella Sullivan, Grant and Kennedy Cornell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
