He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frederick Rubeck and Minnie Mae Rubeck (Wiles); and his brother Harold James Rubeck. He is survived by: his wife Scarlette Lynn Rubeck (McClelland); his son Brad A. Rubeck (Sharon); his siblings, Frances Gladhill (Wendell) and John Rubeck; his grandson Bradley Rubeck (Amber); and his great grandchild Brayden Rubeck.
Due to current COVID-19 regulations, facial coverings are required and social distancing will be practiced.
