Eugene Arnold Duffey Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eugene Arnold Duffey Jr. of Clear Spring, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Arnold Duffey Sr. and Mildred Marie Duffey (Shupp); his wife Elsie M. Duffey (Baker); his daughter Tina Duffey; and his brother Kenneth Duffey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Kershner (Jeff) and Ellen Martin (Brent); his grandson Samuel Forrester (Brielle); and his siblings, Joanne Duffey, Evelyn "Jeannie" Duffey, Gale Duffey and Thomas Duffey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. (13607 National Pike, Clear Spring, MD 21722).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
