It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Repp (Clear Spring, Maryland), born in Keedysville, Maryland, who passed away on April 17, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ivy Harrison Mongan; and her husband Joe F. Repp. She is survived by: her parent Stella Mae Mongan (Domer); her children, Donna J. Morrison of Hagerstown, Tammy S. Foust (Anthony) of Clear Spring, Sue E. Repp of Clear Spring and Joe A. Repp (Sandra) of Clear Spring; her brother Fred Mongan of Keedysville; and her son Jerry L. Repp. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
