She was predeceased by: her grandsons, Curtis Jr. and Daniel Carbaugh; and her siblings, Helen Reiff, Richard, Frederick, Rollin, Robert, Harry and Ray Blair.
She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Sword; her children, David Sword (Michelle), Carolyn Carbaugh (Curtis) and Matthew Sword (Courteney); and her sister Ruth Combs of Orlando, FL.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
