He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Branch and Maude Raetta Branch (Eichelberger); his daughter Michelle Branch; his brothers, William L. Branch and Clifford J. Branch; and his pet Stormy.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Branch; his children, Deanna Burkett of Greencastle, Debbie Bonebrake of Greencastle, Justine Harr, Donovan Branch Jr. of Waynesboro and Richard A. Branch of Hagerstown; his sister Beverly Jenkins of Hagerstown; and his pets, Moose, Buddy and Phoebe. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-granchildren; several special friends.
