He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Reed and Ada Kathryn Reed (Turner); and his grandson Clayton Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Reed (Murray); his children, Cynthia Lambert (Tom), Theron Reed (Ginny), Kendra Shoemaker (Steve), Donald Reed (Ami), Rod Reed (Betsy), Butch Reed, Chris Reed and Marie Kimble; his sister Evelyn Stevens; his cousin Ruby Holsinger; and his close friends, Bonnie Hart, Phil and Nancy Mummert. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
