He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Winger Forsyth and Mary Elise Yetter Forsyth; his siblings, Pauline Piraino, Carl Forsyth and Noel Forsyth; his nephew Christopher Forsyth; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Rita Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie M. Forsyth; his sister Ravena Minnick; his children, Kim Brown (Kurt) of Clear Spring and Robert Keefer (Christina) of Clear Spring; his nephews, Earl Meagher of Clear Spring, Mitchell Forsyth, Jerry Forsyth of Mercersburg, PA, Greg and Darryl Minnick of Williamsport; his niece Debbie Shupp of Hagerstown, MD; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Asya Brown Grove (Mark), Cheyenne Keefer, Ryder Brown of Clear Spring, Derek and Jeremy Forsyth of Pennsylvania.
