He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander M. Jack and Carrie A. Grove Jack; and his siblings, John William Jack and Doris Ann Nycum. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia R. Little Jack; his daughter Sharon L. Steele (Joe) of Centerville, OH; his grandchildren, Katy Barclay (P. J.) of Beaufort, NC, Alexis Jack, T. J. Shadoan of Greencastle, PA, Brandon Steele of Centerville, OH and Derrick Jack of Williamsport, MD; and his great grandchild Sophia Shadoan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
