We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2019, at the age of 80, Dale Eugene Mellott (Clear Spring, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard William and Virginia C. Mellott (Harshman); and his siblings, Katherine Herridge, Ella Jane Henneberger, Charles, William and John Robert Mellott.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Mellott; his children, Deena Holmes (Anthony), Darla Houck (William, III), Teresa Smith (Gary) and Daniel Mellott, Sr. (Helen); his stepdaughters, Cindy Kelley (Wayne) and Cathy Keplinger; his sisters, Dorothy Furgeson and Louise Turner; and his grandchildren, Craig, Jr., Cade, Jonathan, Daniel, Jr., Brandi, Adam, Ashley, Timothy, Michael, Kara, Craig, Jeremiah, Elijah, Andrew, Jr. and Austin. He is also survived by one great-grandson and one on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
