He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley and Frances Elizabeth Hart; his wife Nancy Lee Hart; and his siblings, John Hart, Alice Long, Sally Charlebois, Maude Sharon and Beulah Shilling.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Hart (Stefanie) of Hagerstown, MD and Connie Hart (Mark Taylor) of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Loretta Jane Hart, Alfa Schroyer and Charles Hart (Wilma); his grandchildren, Noelle Hart (Edwin Blair) of Craig, Jacob Hart, Casey Smith (Tim), Tasha Lotz (Eric) and Zachary Taylor (Harley); and his great grandchildren, Lauralyn, Jordan, Madison, Lexi, Natalie, Taylor, Lilly, Wesley and Xavier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795).
