He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Brennan and Thelma R. Brennan (Moore); and his brother Robert H. Brennan. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Brennan (Mongan) of Clear Spring; his son Charles R. "Chuck" Brennan Jr. of Clear Spring; his stepdaughter Melissa Stallknecht (Greg) of Hagerstown; his grandson Todd Brennan of Clear Spring; his stepgranddaughter Kara Hemphill (Joe) of Smithsburg; and his great grandchildren, Millie and Maeve.
