He was predeceased by: his father Frank Lee Jacobs; his stepfather Harold "Butch" Everly; his parents-in-law, Ronald Eugene Dawson, Sr. and Gladys Irene Dawson; his grandmother Helen Robinson; and his sister Joy Lee Ann Jacobs.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Everly; his wife Tammy Sue Jacobs (Dawson); his children, Bryan Zebulon Jacobs (Missie Grove) and Taylor Elyse Reed (Daniel Reed); his grandchildren, Zoie Lynn Jacobs and Maxton Brees Jacobs; and his siblings, Belinda Jacobs, Teresa Everly, David Everly, Sr., Dustin Everly, Terry Everly, Cathy Jackson and Steven Jacobs. He is also survived by many brother and sister in laws; and numerous nieces and nephews.
