She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Waters and Pauline Waters; and her husband Kenny. She is survived by: her children, Annette Hamilton of Chambersburg, Neil, Brian, Lori and Jan; and her sister Dianne. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
