She was predeceased by: her parent Emmert Bowers; and her siblings, Harold Bowers of Kasiesville and Jean Johnson of Hancock, MD.. She is survived by: her parent Rose Rubeck Bowers; her husband Daniel E. Blair; and her children, Dale Blair of Clear Spring, Steven Blair (Lynn) of Clear Spring and Kimberly Cunningham (Jack) of Clear Spring. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three step grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, four step great grandchildren.
