He is survived by: his wife Mary Richerson Baxter; his daughter Lisa Baxter Lengel (John); his granddaughters, Kate and Caroline; his son Rodney (Missie); and his grandchildren, Gabbie, Jack, Sophia and Matthew Baxter.
