We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2023, at the age of 66, Robert Winston Bell of Clarksville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Earl and Elizabeth Mildred Bell. He is survived by: his wife Janice Bell; his brother Douglas Bell (Judi) of Haleyville; his parents-in-law, Charles and Annette Jones of High Springs; his brothers-in-law, Charles Jones of Hudson and Thomas Jones (Karen) of Westminster; and his close friend Jeff Waterfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The Bell family is requesting donations be made in memory of Robert W. Bell to Gilchrist Center Howard County, 6336 Cedar Lane, Columbia, Maryland 21044.
