He is survived by: his sons, David Markin and Andrew Maayan (Sally); his siblings, Jane Katz (Ronald) and Dr. Philip Markin (Phyllis); his friend Susan Markin; his grandson Dylan; and his friend David Katz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other friends.
