He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Jean Cook of Lakemont, PA.; his parents, Edward Cook and Arvilla Cook; his brother Edward "Stace" Cook; his parents-in-law, Felice and Laura Cristillo; his siblings-in-law, Carmella Coho, Cleonica "Cris" Croft, Jacquelyn Cristillo, Mary Stewart, Rocco Cristillo, Frank Cristillo, Walter Stewart and Kenneth Coho; and his daughter-in-law Susan Cook.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Edward and Arvilla Cook (Stacey); his pet Peppi; his sister-in-law Cyndi Cristillo of Hollidaysburg, PA; his children, James Cook of Glenelg, MD and Laura Ann Moleski (Walt) of Laurel, MD; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Cook, Gabrielle Moleski, Ryan Moleski and Jennifer Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Charitable contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society; the Howard County General Hospital Foundation; or Gilchrist Center of Columbia.
