We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2023, at the age of 95, Frances Kilduff Justice (Clarksville, Maryland), born in Ellicott City, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Taylor Justice; and her parents, Eugene Kilduff and Margaret Kilduff (Noland). She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon (Justice), Morgan (Don Spicer), Marcy (Justice), Kane (Bob Kane), Linda (Justice) and Teodosio (Fred Teodosio). She is also survived by grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Louis Catholic Church, Gilchrist Hospice of Maryland, or Supporting Older Adults through Resources (SOAR).
