Interment will be private In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made in Donnie's name to either Howard County 4H Dairy Club, 2980 Woodbine Road, Woodbine, MD, 21797 or the Howard County Farm Bureau, P.O. Box 282, Glenelg, MD 21737.
