She is survived by: her children, Addison Hodges, Jr., Richard Talbott, Patricia Clement and Michael Snowden; her spouse Richard Frank Warfield of Clarksville; and her children, Susan Barbara Louise and Richard Frank, Jr.. She is also survived by her 6 children, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
