He is survived by: his wife Lisette Cobarrubias; his child Anaisa Cobarrubias; his sister Maria Cobarrubias; his niece Leilani Figueroa; and his parent Hurley Blvd of Germantown, MD. He is also survived by his cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws and many great friends.
