Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lawrence Press; her daughter Pamela (Adam Salem); her grandsons, Max and Sam Salem; and her sister Betty Becker.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Remembrance Memorial Chapel (14321 Comus Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871). A shiva will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Residence of Pamela and Adam Salem. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Remembrance Memorial Park (14321 Comus Rd, Clarksburg, MD 20871).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or National Jewish Hospital.
