She was predeceased by: her son John V. Kabler; and her siblings, Richard H. Valentine and Virginia V. Gwynne. She is survived by: her parents, Richard H. and Margery Chapman Valentine; her sister Margery (Peggy) of Mystic; her children, Donald M. Kabler of Easton, Julie Purkhiser (Allen Purkhiser) of Greenville and Katherine Kabler; her daughter-in-law Cassandra H. Kabler of Annapolis; her son Lauren V. Kabler; her wives, Hannah L. Sarn and Carrie Gould-Kabler; her daughters, Anna of Claiborne and Stella of Claiborne; and also, Rugen of Mystic and Michael J. Kabler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
