Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Forties and Joan Forties (Tuffnell). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jane Forties; his son Scott David Forties (Amy); his granddaughter Olivia Grace Forties; and his sister Tina Ambriz. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
