He is survived by: his wife Anina Goins; his children, Attiya, Nasir and Zaid Abdulghany; his parents, Nancy E. Toy of Chestertown, MD and William H. Goins of Rogersville, TN; and his sister Teresa Goins Rose of West River. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Chesapeake Bay Foundation/fishery restoration on the Deale Captains Association/special programs.
