He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Bowman and Eva Bowman; his sister Ruth; his brother-in-law Richard Moran; and his grandson Connor Ashby.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his daughter Amy (Kevin Hodgson); his stepchildren, David (Eileen Ashby Jr.), Michael (Jennifer Ashby) and Joanna (Craig Melton); and his nephews, Robert "Bobby" Moran and Dale Moran. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-nephews and a great-niece; and numerous family and friends.
