He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathryn Jeanne Ostrow. He is survived by: his wife Alyce Kelly Ostrow; his stepdaughters, Kalin Hyman (John Hyman) and Alison Auerbach (Marc Schindler); his stepbrother Lou Lovell; his grandchildren, Tucker Hyman (Kaeley Secan), Maya Schindler and Jacob Schindler; his cousins, Alan Levin, Betsy Levin, John Levin and Sarah Levin; and his former wife Patricia Curran.
