It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Ann Crane Elliott McCoy of Chevy Chase, Maryland, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Riggs Hemus and A. Harry Crane; her sister Marjorie Crane Schnacke; her husband Robert H. Elliott, Jr.; and her grandson Gavin Grey Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Crane Elliott and Meg Elliott Smith (Keith); her grandsons, Austin and Ryan Smith; and her former husband Dr. Theodore McCoy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers she requested donations be made to capeivy.org in memory of her grandson, Gavin Smith.
