She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mercedes Galway McCarthy and John E. McCarthy; her siblings, Denis McCarthy, Sharon Reinckens, Sheila Wooters, John McCarthy, Jr., Robert McCarthy, Michael McCarthy and Phillip McCarthy; her children, Roger James Whyte II (Jared Silk), Ryan Joseph Whyte (Julia Stein) of Bethesda, MD and Morgan Whyte Ware (Timothy) of Kensington, MD; her grandson Sean McCarthy Ware; and her family Whyte House Monograms.
