With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Louise Kelly of Chevy Chase, Maryland, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, John (Siobhan), Ryan (Zoila), James and Patrick; her grandchildren, Ryan, Jr., Bridget, Andrea, Maeve and Brendan; her parents, Captain Robert and Dolores Downes (Clemens); and her siblings, Ellen Amen (Tom), Susan (Herb), Gindy, James, Robert, Jr. and Peter Downes (Rose).
