He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Collins, Jr. and Mary Spallen Collins. He is survived by: his sisters, Rosalie Collins (Delaware), Maureen Binder (So Carolina) and Cindy Gambogi (Virginia); his nieces, Shelley Binder and Bridget Gambogi; and his nephew Matthew Gambogi.
