He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Amsley Carroll, Jr. and Dorothy Louise Carroll (Jones); and his sister Lisa. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carroll; his children, Drew Carroll, Nicole Payne, Terry Graybeal and Jenny Mattson; his grandchildren, Robert Rabe, Austin Rabe, Kiley Mattson and Abbie Mattson; and his siblings, Jeff Carroll, Edward Carroll and Trisha Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Betterton Methodist Church and Still Pond Methodist Church.
