He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, James Fisher (Wendy) and Amanda Fisher Killen (Jay); his stepsons, William Holmes (Cay), Matthew Holmes and Andrew Holmes (Alison); and his grandchildren, Ellie Holmes, Billy Holmes, Geordy Holmes, Catie Holmes, Peter Holmes, Lily Holmes, Alex Holmes and Jake Holmes.
