He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James R. Townsend and Genevieve J. Townsend; and his brother James Mark Townsend.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Spring Hill Cemetery (123 North St, Easton, MD 21601).
