It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Helen Williams of Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vickers LeCates and Edith LeCates; her husband Harry "Billy" Williams; her son Harry "Randy" Williams, Jr.; and her siblings, Vickers Stephen Lecates, Jr. and Edith Kimble of Virginia.
She is survived by: her daughter Stepheni Ricket (Ron); her sister Kay Lecates Ginn; her grandchildren, Amie Walla, Daniel Horne, Krista Williams, Haley Williams Stoops, Theodore Ford, Tyler Ford and Makenzie Williams; her great grandchildren, Nathan Horne, Tyde Bell-Ford, Grant Stoops, Avery Cate Stoops, Paisley Harvey and RJ Stoops; and her pet Fischer.
