It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Elizabeth Shepard (Chestertown, Maryland), who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leroy Hoskins and Ruth Elizabeth Hoskins (Parrish); her husband Victor L. Shepard; her in-laws, Donald and Florence Shepard; and her siblings-in-law, Don Shepard and Ruthi Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Shenenberger (Curtis), Teresa Connor (Kelvin), Victor Shepard (Susie) and Andy Shepard (Serena); her grandchildren, Amber Morgan (Kyle), Victor P. Shepard (Tais), Samuel David Shenenberger (Megan), Kraig Connor, Kory Connor (Kellie), Kalvin Connor (Kelly), Nicole Shepard, Justin Shepard (Schuyler) and Jared Shepard (Crystal); her great grandchildren, Melody, Kimberly, David, Rebecca, Isaiah, Gavin, Ethan, Vada, Kaius, Aila, Hallie, Evelyn, Samuel, Lucy, Charlotte, Rayla and Isadora; her great great grandchildren, Malachi and Milani; her sister Nellie Toomey; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Shepard (Rebecca) and Evelyn Shepard.
