He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Smith and Nellie Smith; and his wife Bette Smith. He is survived by: his children, Mark Smith and Lisa Falls (Bill); his grandchildren, Kristen Smith, Kelsey Smith, Kyle Lindstrom (Kelly), Corey Lindstrom and Katie Falls; and his sister-in-law Betty Larrimore. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
