We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, at the age of 81, Roger D. Brown of Chestertown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald R. Brown and Geneva Odell Brown; his wife Phyllis; his son Rodney; and his siblings, Allan of Monroe, NJ, Robert of Brookfield, CT, Bette, Deborah of Trenton, NJ. and Nancy.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Emmanuel Episcopal Church or The Historical Society of Kent County.
