He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Christian Singer and Louise Virginia Dukes Singer; and his wife Carol Jean Singer. He is survived by: his sons, David Singer (Anne) and Wesley Singer (Lucille); his grandchildren, Ashley Singer and Kristen Singer; and his stepgranddaughter Rachel Bradley.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
