Robert Ryans Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Ryans of Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Ryans and Aretta Ryans; and his brothers, George "Sam" Ryans and William "Circus" Ryans. He is survived by: his wife Constance Ryans; his daughters, Michele "Bootsie" Emory and Angela "Chip" Griffin (Karlos); his grandchildren, RaeAsha "Rocky" Watkins (Da'quan) and Mahni "Lovey" Griffin; his brothers, Fredrick "Buck" Ryans (Ruth) and Lawrence "Peanut" Ryans (Marchelle); and his siblings-in-law, Diana Ryans, Dietrich Heath (John), Mischelle Simmons and Taft Wallace III (Detrice). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home - Chestertown (855 High St, Chestertown, MD 21620). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
