He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. Tobey and Virginia L. Tobey. He is survived by: his sister Pamela T. Reilly; his niece Sarah L. Reilly; his nephew Richard T. Reilly (Christie); his great-nieces, Montana F. Reilly and Mia T. Reilly; his stepdaughters, Robyn F. Herbert (Joe) and Jamie B. Crockett (Zack); his brother-in-law John C. Moore (Marilyn); his pets, Alli, Cinder, Kayla and Brandy; and also Indigo Q. Crockett 'Quinn'.
During the Pandemic, Rich embraced the art of cooking and delighted in sharing his dishes with friends.
