He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archibald Biggs and Mildred Biggs; his son Andrew; his wife Nancy; his daughter Julie; his grandsons, Oliver and Jack of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his sister Martha English; and his brother-in-law Alden of Olney. He was also cherished by his daughter and grandchildren, as well as his extended family and friends.
